Are you passionate about Plymouth Argyle? Do you love seeing the colour, passion, and pride that displays bring to Home Park on matchdays? PAFC Displays is always looking for dedicated and enthusiastic supporters to join our team – and we’d love to hear from you.
What We Do:
We create the flags, banners, and displays that help turn Home Park into a fortress. Every display is powered by the Green Army’s passion – and we need your help to keep raising the bar.
Ways You Can Get Involved:
We’re currently looking for volunteers to support in a few key areas:

Waving our big pitchside flags (2m x 3m) pre-match – a vital part of our atmosphere. For this, we ask volunteers to be aged 14 or over.

Helping out at our pop-up shop outside the Devonport End before games – chatting to fans, selling merch, and supporting the cause.

Assisting with displays inside the ground, especially in your stand – we need fans across all areas of Home Park.

Please Note:
We do not get free match tickets, and no one takes a wage from PAFC Displays. Everything is completely voluntary – we do it because it’s a privilege to support Argyle in this way.
Every single penny made or donated to PAFC Displays goes directly back into funding more flags, banners, and displays to make Home Park even more special.
A Few Perks:
While we don’t get paid, there are some unforgettable moments – like being trusted inside Home Park out of hours, working pitchside during setup, and even being on the touchline at Wembley for the Papa Johns Trophy Final. It’s an experience like no other.
